Easy scheduling, good communication, and very respectful of the property and appliances. He fixed my dryer promptly, explained to me what was wrong and how to avoid it happening again. The gentleman arrived at my home.  He immediately began to take my microwave apart after I explained the problem.  I expected to get an estimate before the repair to make certain it was worth me spending the money to repair instead of replacing.  He never provided me an estimate.  He stood on my kitchen chair without asking permission or seeing if I had a ladder.  Once he completed his work.  He asked how was I going to pay?  I asked him how much.  He quoted me $225.  I nearly fell on the floor.  I questioned him about the price.  I didn’t see him replace any parts.  So his fee was strictly labor.  I inquired about the $50 service fee.  He stated that was credited.  He didn’t provide me with any written paperwork explaining what he did.  For a matter of approximately 40-60 minutes, I ended up paying him $200.  I just paid $200 earlier for an electrician.  I feel that being an elderly woman living in a pretty nice neighborhood, I was taken advantage of.  Never will I hire this company again.  Next time, I’ll get someone off Craigslist and never will I have someone come in to my home without getting a price upfront.  I could have purchased a brand new microwave.
